Colombians pray at an altar erected in honour of senator and presidential hopeful Miguel Uribe outside the clinic where he is currently undergoing emergency surgery for "acute intracerebral bleeding", according to the clinic. The 39-year-old conservative senator was shot twice in the head and once in the leg while giving a speech in a park on June 7 in western Bogota.
