Pakistan is bracing for more torrential rains as the country struggles to deal with the impact of deadly downpours and flooding. Parts of the country’s biggest city Karachi have been left submerged, with the city mayor saying infrastructure in the southern port has been overwhelmed. The monsoon has brought havoc across Pakistan in recent days, sweeping away entire villages and leaving hundreds dead in the mountainous northwest province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
