A man raised his hand at a restaurant to summon his server and showed her hair on his food. Restaurant manager Patrick Jones and owner Cindy Cooper say it was all a con to get a free meal. Surveillance video captured at The Steel Coop in Livingston, Tennessee, proves it. The video showed a woman reaching to the back of her head, pulling out a wad of hair, and placing it on the man’s food. When the con was uncovered, the manager confronted the couple.
