Conservative candidates shared a letter on social media, claiming it was given to prison inmates to sway their vote for Mark Carney over Pierre Polievre. CBC News’s visual investigations team found that the letter is likely an altered version of a real web page, and the Correctional Service of Canada says it found no evidence that it’s being circulated.
