President Trump’s federal takeover of Washington, D.C. is getting reinforcements from red states this week, as as MORE National Guard troops – some carrying arms — are set to arrive in the nation’s capital. It’s raising concerns that Trump will try implementing a similar takeover in other blue cities he claims have high crime rates. The issue is most of those cities, like Baltimore, are seeing historically low crime rates. Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott joins “The Weekend: Primetime” to discuss why he sees Trump’s recent actions as a distraction, and explains what the Trump Administration could do to actually help cities.
