From Global News.
The City of Burnaby, B.C. hopes a recent viral video will help educate people about keeping their pets safe after a dog was found tied to a vehicle outside a grocery store.
On May 5, animal control received a report of a dog tethered to the rear of a vehicle in a Costco parking lot. When the owners returned, they were met with a hefty fine.
As Kristen Robinson reports, it’s serving as a reminder not to leave pets in potentially harmful conditions.
