The Democratic Republic of Congo and Rwanda-backed armed group M23 sign a ceasefire deal in the Qatari capital Doha. The deal ends fighting that has devastated the central African country’s mineral-rich but conflict-torn east and was reached after three months of talks in the Gulf emirate.
