European Central Bank President Christine Lagarde comments on monetary policy, the outlook for the euro-area economy, the inflation situation and concerns related to trade policy and geopolitical uncertainty. She speaks at a news conference in Frankfurt after the Governing Council decided to keep interest rates unchanged for the first time in more than a year.
