U.S. Senator Chris Van Hollen visited El Salvador on Wednesday, seeking the release of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a Salvadoran man who was mistakenly deported from Washington. During his visit, Vice President Felix Ulloa informed Hollen that he could not authorize a visit or phone call with Garcia, who remains in a mega-prison in the Central American country alongside dangerous criminals.
