Emmanuel Macron arrives in Mayotte, the first stop on a five-day tour of the Indian Ocean. The President’s plane, accompanied by his wife Brigitte, landed at 08:15 local time (07:15 Paris time) in Mamoudzou, the capital of France’s poorest overseas department.
