The wife of the freed Belarus opposition figure, Sergei Tikhanovsky, thanks US President Donald Trump and his administration for their contribution to securing her husband’s release. "It was incredibly emotional for me to see finally my husband after long five years," says Svetlana Tikhanovskaya, who took the mantle of the opposition movement after her husband’s jailing, at a press conference in Vilnius, Lithuania. "He is alive and we together again and remain committed to our fight."
