The first of two parole board hearings is set to get underway in California for Eric and Lyle Menendez. The two brothers were convicted of fatally shooting their parents in their Beverly Hills mansion more than three decades ago.
The brothers initially received life sentences without parole in the high-profile murders, but a Los Angeles judge reduced their sentences to 50 years to life back in May, making them eligible for parole.
