Tim lights up some of his more unusual candles. Actually all his candles are pretty unusual!
First up, a banana that has been partly unpeeled, and seems to be ready to eat. But no – the banana is a candle.
A metal chain where the links have been welded together, so the chain can form a vertical support. A great candle holder for a medieval castle maybe?
A block of granite? No, a candle!
A tea light that needs you to blow to switch it on, and then blow again to switch it off.
A very realistic apple? No, you guessed it – another candle!
A winter scene in a glass tumbler, which is filled with a clear substance which burns like wax. The smoke from the chimney of the little house is actually the wick. A nice touch.
Tea lights that have a floating graphic that sits on the wax. As the candle burns down, the graphic slowly sinks until you are just left with the metal cup that held the candle, and the graphic sitting at the bottom.
Candles with angel wings, a very realistic cork that is – yes, you guessed – a candle. A lightbulb as well.
A candle sharpener, in case your candle won’t fit into the holder or the wine bottle.
