From MSNBC.

Weeks after undergoing an emergency surgery to remove his right lung, Wladimir Vera Villamizar, a 33-year-old welder from western Venezuela, was deported to El Salvador and locked up in the supermax prison known as the Center for the Confinement of Terrorism, or CECOT. NBC’s David Noriega speaks to Alex Witt about the statement he received from the Department of Homeland Security regarding Vera, discusses the alarms raised by doctors about detaining a patient so soon after a rare, major operation, and more.
