Finland’s Prime Minister Petteri Orpo says that the country would prepare to withdraw from the Ottawa Treaty that bans the use of anti-personnel mines. "Finland and Europe need to evaluate all measures to strengthen our deterrence and defence capabilities," he says, "we also propose that Finland starts to prepare withdrawal from the Ottawa Agreement."
