In a co-ordinated international effort, seven flights from Jordan airdropped food into Gaza on Monday, including 45 tonnes of essential items donated by six countries.
Israel slightly loosened its tight restrictions on food and medicine reaching Gaza in response to an international outcry over starvation in the Palestinian territory. The emergency missions to deliver life-saving aid come as Israel says Hamas has no interest in reaching a ceasefire.
