Former Colombian President Alvaro Uribe who was previously under house arrest makes first public appearance in Sabaneta, Antioquia, a day after being granted freedom. A court ordered the immediate release of former president Uribe while he appeals a witness tampering conviction for which he was sentenced to 12 years of house arrest.
