Since Donald Trump returned to the White House, he has frozen climate spending, removed the US from the Paris climate accords for a second time, and now his administration is moving to limit the government’s ability to act against climate change. It wants to scrap the ‘endangerment finding’ – which has been used by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to regulate climate pollutants in the US for the past 15 years.
