Former Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte has been arrested after the International Criminal Court accused the 79-year-old of crimes against humanity for his administration’s deadly "war on drugs" campaign. Human rights groups say that crackdown on illegal drugs killed thousands of people. Duarte’s lawyer says the arrest is illegal because the Philippines is not an ICC member.
