Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is received by his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron at the Élysée Palace ahead of a summit on European support for Ukraine. French President Macron has said that European military forces could be sent to Ukraine if a peace accord is signed, to guarantee "respect" of a peace deal.
