Lawmakers and their VIP guests will whisk through the US Capitol basement via a subway system and then head up to the second floor for President Donald Trump’s address to a joint session of Congress after six weeks on the job. From there, they will walk from the Rotunda, past international media in Statuary Hall, then into the House chamber where Trump will give his prime-time speech.
