Air Canada cancelled hundreds of flights on Sunday and pushed back its plans to resume operations after the union representing its flight attendants said its workers would remain on strike, defying a back-to-work order from the Canadian government. Heidi Petracek reports from Halifax.

As Nova Scotia continues to ban people from entering the woods amid a challenging wildfire season, businesses near a popular trail say business is drying up. The ban has hurt their bottom line in what normally would be peak season. Angela Capobianco explains.
