Plus, Israel is preventing thousands of Palestinians from returning home to northern Gaza, accusing Hamas of violating the terms of the ceasefire deal after the militant group failed to release an Israeli civilian as planned. A report in Alberta calls on the province to halt the use of the COVID-19 vaccine. The review was commissioned by Premier Danielle Smith’s government in the fall of 2022 and was quietly published on Friday. As Heather Yourex-West reports, critics have been quick to push back.
