President Donald Trump announced a new trade deal with the European Union on Sunday, which sets a 15 per cent tariff on most European imports to the U.S. The Trump administration has failed to deliver on a promise of “90 deals in 90 days,” but several deals are being made ahead of the president’s Aug. 1 deadline. Nova Scotia’s lobster harvesting season is now over but that doesn’t mean that fisheries enforcement ends.
