An Oklahoma man was arrested and charged with sexual abuse after his 11-year-old stepdaughter gave birth at their Muskogee, Oklahoma, home. KJRH’s Isabel Flores spoke with the child’s grandmother who said the family was unaware of the child’s pregnancy.
