Hamas militants hand over two hostages Tal Shoham and Avera Mengistu to the Red Cross in the southern Gaza Strip city of Rafah. Hamas said it will release six living Israelis in the seventh swap since the ceasefire began, the last living hostages eligible for release under the truce deal’s first phase, which is due to expire in early March.
