Hamas has responded to a ceasefire proposal for Gaza — put forward by US Middle East Envoy Steve Witkoff, and backed by Israel.

Meanwhile, the World Food Program says 77 trucks loaded with flour were looted by hungry people in Gaza: "After nearly 80 days of a total blockade, communities are starving — and they are no longer willing to watch food pass them by." This marks the latest incident involving aid deliveries since Israel eased its 11-week blockade on the territory.
