From Global News.
At least 14 people have been confirmed dead after torrential rain triggered floods and landslides in South Korea.
Since the extreme weather began Friday, nearly 10,000 people have been forced out of their homes, with thousands of others without power.
And as Typhoon Wipha approaches China, Hong Kong is experiencing similar effects as flights and train schedules face delays and cancellations.
The city has issued its highest tropical cyclone warning as Wipha is forecast to make landfall early Monday.
