From PBS NewsHour.

Ed the runaway Zebra has been safely airlifted back home after a week on the loose in Tennessee.

Local authorities located Ed in a pasture in central Tennessee. The pet zebra went viral thanks to days of sightings posted on social media that showed him running along an interstate, hiding in the woods and trotting through neighborhoods.

Ed was returned to his owners via bright yellow helicopter, tucked safely into a net.
