On Friday at 11:59 PM, thousands of USAID employees will be placed on administrative leave, and those abroad must return to the U.S. within 30 days.

The Trump administration has also frozen or ordered a review of all USAID aid. Cheddar Correspondent Margaret Chadbourn reports that USAID employs over 10,000, with two-thirds stationed overseas.
