The Trump administration has admitted to mistakenly deporting a Maryland father with protected legal status to El Salvador, where he is now being held at the "Terrorist Confinement Center." The administration is calling it an "administrative error" and claims there is nothing it can do, arguing that U.S. courts "do not have jurisdiction" to order his release now that he is outside the country.
