Tensions are rising between India and Pakistan after militants killed 26 tourists in the disputed region of Kashmir on Tuesday. India has already hit Pakistan with a number of diplomatic measures including putting a key water-sharing treaty on hold. Pakistan has also announced a raft of retaliatory steps.
