Four different landlords in an Ottawa suburb say they’ve fallen victim to the same ‘professional’ tenants who have been living mostly rent free in their properties for years. The latest landlord says she’s out about $100,000 in rent arrears, unpaid utilities, legal fees and damages. Robyn Miller and Ryan Garland went to find out more.
