Pennsylvania authorities have arrested a Harrisburg man they say broke into Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro’s residence and set it on fire. Cody Balmer turned himself in to police and is being held on charges of attempted murder, terrorism and other charges in connection with the fire. No injuries were reported. CNN’s Danny Freeman reports.
