From Reuters.
Reuters photographer Carlos Osorio was positioned by a window facing into the House of Commons antechamber on the day when Justin Trudeau would be exiting parliament. "I wondered if they were waiting for the prime minister," he said about the RCMP officers standing by. "I kept watching, and sure enough, about 10 minutes later, Trudeau emerged from the House of Commons carrying his chair. He walked, looked up, saw me, and made that face."
"At that moment, all I could think was, ‘I hope this is sharp.’ I was shooting through a glass window at an angle, but luckily, one of the frames was perfect — his eyes locked on me, tongue sticking out."
Osorio doesn’t work in parliament often and said: "It was one of those moments where teamwork, patience, and a little bit of luck came together."
