US Vice President JD Vance has said America could walk away from the war in Ukraine, if Kyiv and Moscow don’t agree to a deal.
Vance told reporters the US had issued an explicit proposal to both Russia and Ukraine – and it was now time for both sides to agree to Washington’s proposition. Vance also said he believes a deal is close.
