Ontario Provincial Police confirmed that an 18-year-old Oshawa teen charged in a fatal head-on collision in Stouffville in early August is the same driver involved in a collision with a vehicle transporting Ontario Premier Doug Ford earlier this year.
During a news conference on Thursday, Ford had strong words for the accused.
