Scientists sometimes call them “gray spheres,” and knowing about them could actually save your life if you’re near a volcano. The scary part? They don’t just fall—they fly, making them super unpredictable. So if a volcano’s rumbling, keep your distance, because lava bombs turn the sky into a firestorm.
