Texas Gov. Greg Abbott told reporters Tuesday afternoon that more than 160 people are believed to be missing after flash flooding that swept through Texas over the weekend.
At least 100 people have died. Officials in Kerr County, Texas – located in the south central portion of the state – have recovered 87 bodies.
