ran’s foreign minister, Abbas Araghchi, has now acknowledged what he called serious damage to three nuclear sites in the country which were bombed by the US.
He said an assessment was underway, however, he disputed US President Donald Trump’s assertion that there would be US Iranian talks next week, saying no such plan had been set.
The BBC’s Chief International Correspondent, Lyse Doucet, is in Iran’s capital of Tehran and is allowed to report from there, on the condition that coverage is not use on the BBC Persian service which is broadcast to people in Iran.
This law applies to all international media agencies operating in Iran.
