Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has called the US decision to offer security guarantees for Ukraine "historic". On Monday, Zelenskyy is set to visit Washington, D.C., to meet with US President Donald Trump. Several European leaders will join him. They’re aiming to present a united front to counter Russia’s efforts to impose its own terms to end its war on Ukraine.
