Israeli president Isaac Herzog calls on the international community to present a "unanimous, tough position" to not to talk to Hamas until they release the hostages held in Gaza. He speaks during a visit to Latvia where he met President Edgars Rinkevics. Over the 22 months of war, Israeli forces have devastated large parts of the Gaza Strip, where repeated warnings of famine have increased pressure on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s government to halt the fighting.
