There’s a startling development in the New Orleans prisoner escape: a jail maintenance worker has been charged with helping the escapees. Investigators say the worker cut off the water to a cell, and that made it easier for the inmates to rip out the toilet and flee through the resulting hole in the wall. Meanwhile, another of the fugitives was apprehended in a vacant house. That means six of the escapees are still at large.
