Chief Justice John Roberts issued a rare statement rebuking President Trump and his allies over rhetoric calling for a federal judge’s impeachment. "For more than two centuries, it has been established that impeachment is not an appropriate response to disagreement concerning a judicial decision. The normal appellate review process exists for that purpose," Roberts said in the statement. Plus, the White House released a readout of President Trump’s call with Russian President Putin.
