Kohberger legal team appears poised to keep him off witness stand

Prosecutors are offering new revelations about some of the evidence they plan to use against Bryan Kohberger, who is accused of killing four University of Idaho college students in 2022. It comes as Kohberger’s legal team appears to be trying to keep him off the witness stand, arguing his autism and his “intense gaze, awkward body posture and inability to show emotion” could sway a jury to wrongfully convict.
