From Global News.
As investigators work to piece together the timeline of what happened at the fatal Lapu Lapu festival attack in Vancouver on Saturday, we are hearing from a witness who had direct contact with the accused.
After driving into a crowd and killing 11 and injuring several others, suspect Kai-Ji Adam Lo was arrested at the scene and, so far, has been charged with eight counts of second-degree murder.
As Alissa Thibault reports in a Global News exclusive, Paul Palines grabbed the 30-year-old suspect as he tried to run from the scene.
