New viewer video obtained by Global News shows the frantic moments after a crash involving 12 vehicles on Lakeshore Boulevard West in Etobicoke on Monday afternoon.

A 31-year-old man has been arrested and now faces dangerous driving charges, police say.

Investigators allege he was behind the wheel of a white Jaguar SUV that was seen driving erratically before the trash, and was missing a front tire.
