In this episode of Minutes With, we spoke to Gareth Jones as he bravely shared his story of surviving an abusive relationship. Gareth endured physical abuse, was restricted from showering or using the bathroom and lost over four stone because his partner limited his food intake. Despite the relationship only lasting eight months, police told Gareth it was one of the worst cases of coercive control and domestic abuse they’d ever witnessed.
