Matcha Fluffy yogurt recipe @katlieu (no pudding mix, no baking powder needed) (this is not guacamole Ingredients: 1 cup Greek Yogurt 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, adjust to taste 1 tablespoon creamy or crunchy peanut butter Optionally, marshmallow root powder (see packaging for serving size, usually 2 small scoops with the scoop that comes in the bag) and 1 teaspoon collagen powder 1 teaspoon matcha powder (or swap out with cocoa powder, or extracts of your choice) Toppings: Fruits and berries of your choice 1 teaspoon hemp seeds (optional) Nuts of your choice Any of your favorite toppings go!! There’s at least 20 g of protein per serving. I split this in half with my mother. Instructions: 1. Mix the yogurt, honey or maple syrup, peanut butter, marshmallow root powder– if using, and matcha together in a serving bowl until combined and fluffy, a minute. Top with your toppings of choice and enjoy!
