Paul and Christy Akeo are back home in Michigan after being detained in a notorious prison in Mexico for a month over a dispute with a timeshare company. After intervention from U.S. officials, the couple and the company reached an agreement and the fraud charges against them were dropped. NBC News’ Maggie Vespa spoke to the Akeos who said at times, they feared they might die in prison.
